sunshine3256 @donna9991 I can’t really answer that because I take very, very good care of all my pieces when carrying and storing, and have never tried to see if any part scratches easily. I can tell you that none of the links are scratched, and the lock does not make any contact with the piece under it so it has no way of scratching anything. The bag is amazing in photos but is honestly even better in person. I can still get this 💌 out today if you purchase soon💕
