Hi Donna, I saw the 4 star rating for hipping time so I wanted to reach out. Sorry for the delay. I always ship same day or next day if we missed the mail. Our post and other shipping services have been running very slow since Christmas, so totally out of my control. We live in a remote are so sometimes even when packages are picked up, they don't start tracking right away. Sorry you were disappointed and hope you'll visit me again soon.
