donnanorthh @cookie0167 yep it’s very easy! Download the LV app & contact customer service. Request a repair & submit pics & description then they’ll send you a shipping label & estimate for repair & you confirm if you want to proceed. If you do, you ship your item & they’ll send it back in about 4 weeks :)

___cookie___ OMG! That's amazing! How do I know if my bag or wallet is authentic? It doesn't make sense to pay to have it repaired if it's a fake. I can't find anyone locally that can authenticate any of my purchases.
