Hello. Offering $15 on a $75 listing is way beyond lowballing and insulting. I have to block you because of that. Just an advice, sellers are more likely to make a deal with you if you have a reasonable offer (reasonable offers are from 10% to 25%) anything less than that and they will be more likely to block you too. And also, it would probably help you if you show that you have already given some ratings to sellers in the past.
