It is worth that much. I worked for Mrs. Herrera for 4.5 years and got lot of clothes because I was sample size 4/6. This jacket is double faced wool which means it's made 1/2 by seeming machine and 1/2 by hand. Very expensive way to make a garment. It's also made in Italy not China.
