doram4532 @nikkeezthings hi! I got a noticed from usps that they tried to deliver it. I was trying to see if I could get it redeliver but it appears that there is postage $$ that is due? So I wasn’t able to do it online. I never had an issue with Poshmark orders being delivered. I was going to try to go to the post office to see what the heck is going on. The address is correct in Poshmark as that I got another package yesterday without issues.. damn usps!!

nikkeezthings Hi Dora, Im so sorry I have never had an issue with a delivery either. I definitely don't understand any postage being due?? Makes no sense. They definitely aren't over the weight limit?? Was both orders attempted or just one?? They both were mailed Monday at the same time along with two more orders that were already received and accepted. I did put an inquiry in to posh but not sure where we should go from here. I guess I will wait to receive the order back and try and resend?

nikkeezthings Hi Dora, I just got off the phone with USPS they verified the address and are going to resend both orders to you. They said they would call and update me on the progress and gave me reference numbers incase we ran into more issues. It looks like the one item is still at distribution center in IL...so hopefully won't take long to get to you again. Sorry 😞

doram4532 @nikkeezthings - I never got any of the boxes. I got to the post office too late today and was going to attempt tomorrow morning! Let me know if they change the tracking numbers.

doram4532 @nikkeezthings - hi! I picked up the two boxes from the post office. I had to pay $9.08 for postage on one of the boxes. Turns out you printed the same label for both boxes. I am not sure how I could get this refunded back to me, but I will contact Poshmark about it.

nikkeezthings Hi Dora, The lady on the phone at USPS said the tracking numbers were different. I'm so sorry if I did do that . I'm normally very careful about that. I was leaving for the airport that day. I will make sure I take care of that for you and I will work it out with Poshmark. Aside all of the issues I hope you are happy with your purchases! I will get in touch with Poshmark about the shipping and keep you posted. if there's a problem, I will send it to you myself.
