tgrandma5 Hi Dora!! This is Tina.. I recently purchased some Sorel sandals from you. Love them! Why am messaging is today in the mail? I received two packages from you and they are two pairs of jeans. I didn’t order any jeans from you. I did order some jeans from a different company so I opened the packages thinking they could be the ones I ordered. But they are not, but one is basic edition size 20 W. And the other pair is Liz Claiborne a regular eight. Not sure what to do with these.

dtheod22 @tgrandma5 yes those were other orders I had shipped out did they have your name on them? They were supposed to be for other customers? Let me see if Poshmark can give you a label to resend those back.

dtheod22 @tgrandma5 I apologize I guess the post office printed three same labels instead of three separate labels. I sent a message to Poshmark and I hope they will be able to send you a return label for those. Thank you for letting me know.

dtheod22 I am also missing another shipment let me know if a black skirt gets delivered to you as well. We had major storms and power outages here so I think the post office system went haywire and printed the same label three extra times instead of the separate labels. I let Poshmark know so you might receive a label from them to resend the items back to me. I apologize for the inconvenience and again thank you for letting me know.

tgrandma5 @dtheod22 You bet!! I hope they can send the labels!!! I was excited as I’m waiting for 3 prs of jeans that I had ordered back in May!! I did not open the plastic that the jeans are in but the outside mailing pkg I opened at the top edge but can easily reseal it
