brenda_parshall I am sorry you are not happy with the bag. In the pictures it is definitely blue and the listing said specifically “ a beautiful blue color”. Once a sale is made a seller is unable to change any part of a listing so this was what the listing stated at the time you purchased the bag. I don’t feel it’s fair to give a 2 star rating when it was your mistake

dorarodrigue742 @brenda_parshall Yea it might have said all that but it looked like at least a dark blue you didn't take good pictures so that's why was willing to work with the fact that it's not black but the pictures are what made me order but I think if your going to sell here you have to take the good with the bad you might not agree but this is my opinion
