haydeem Hi Doreen, I wanted to follow up on your order. I checked the twinkle lights right before shipping your product and they worked fine. Did you turn the twinkle lights on by moving a small black button on the side of it? That is the on/off switch. I take pride in all my sales and want all my customers to be happy with their purchases. Especially because I take a lot of time and care creating my products. pittman47 Hi, I took the package with the tea dispenser to the USPS to mail after we wrapped it well and they told me that the shipping label was in correct. They said that sending this item to your zip code would cost me an extra $90. It only weighs around 8 lbs but that’s what he said. So we are trying to find a much smaller box to ship it in tomorrow but if it’s to expensive I may have to refund you and not make the sale.
