@reenies22 I’m so sorry to hear that. They were in perfect condition when I sent them to you. If you want to upload some photos to you Poshmark as a listing not for sale of the issue, then we can open a case with Poshmark so you can get your money right back to you.
Again I’m sorry for the problem, I have been selling online for almost two years and have never had anything break ☹️

@reenies22 o will open a report with the USPS as well. if you go to the area on the Poshmark app where you have the option to accept the order, there is an area where you can report a problem to Poshmark as well.

@reenies22 Hi! I’m just checking back with you to make sure you reported the problem to Poshmark. I emailed them as well about it, but since I have never had to deal with this in my many sales I asked around and everyone I spoke with (Posh sellers) say that it’s important that you report the issue to get the process rolling on Poshmark’s end.

If you could post photos on a positing on your page ( which you can delete later) and tag me in it to see the “crack” area, I would greatly appreciate it so I can get my claim going with the USPS. @reenies22 hi! Of course I can help you with whatever you need! If you go to to the bottom right screen and click the icon with you screen name, it will bring up a list of items. If you scroll down you will see “My Purchases” here you can report the problem and accept purchases. But I can suggest that you should put in a report to Poshmark as soon as possible about the problem with the order. I have emailed them a few days ago
