zriibysandra You are just the person I needed to speak to. I bought a flat iron from a lady and she said she was selling it cuz she got a new one and just didn't need it anymore. Anyway I trusted her so when I got it I went to unwind the cord to plug it in and I discovered that the cord is severed and the rubber coating is all that's holding it together, plus I thought I was a Chi iron and it isn't>>>

Do I need to just cancel the deal by myself or do I need to call PoshMark and get them into the picture as we'll???
