Hi hun i hate to inform you of this major inconvience but there has been a major issue happen while the perfume was being packaged. The bottom of the box was not secured and the bottle fell through and shattered. I am completely lost as in to how we go about fixing this bc I'm not familiar with payment arrangements or what kind of issues this has caused you. Please let me know what I can do and again I'm more than apologetic for this mishap on my behalf
