riverhexed Hi, you recently purchased a Nookie dress from me and it’s marked as delivered on my end in the app and I have already received the funds, but I just received the package back to me today marked as return to sender/unable to forward. The package has MOVED on it written in sharpie. I was wondering if you could update your shipping address and contact poshmark about the returned package so they could send me a new label and I can get this out to you. Thanks!

dori6680 @riverhexed Hi! Im sorry about this... I did contact Poshmark last week about this and they wouldn’t update it until I could upload my passport / license. I moved a few weeks ago and I didn’t have a chance to do all of that yet. I asked my old doorman to look out for the dress but I guess someone else received it. Let me contact Poshmark again. What do you think we should do?

riverhexed @dori6680 Hi, no problem, these things happen. If you can update your shipping info or already have done that then just shoot them a quick email through the app with your username, the order number, and what happened saying you have updated your info and then they will send me the new label and I can get this shipped out for you.

riverhexed @dori6680 They reached out to me on Halloween saying they emailed you about confirming your address so hopefully they will be willing to update it for you on their side if you are having issues with it. Contacting support through the app is pretty quick and I usually hear a response within a day or two. So as long as you reached out to them again with your new address you should be okay and I will let you know when I send it out again so you can track your package. Have a great day!
