Hello I see you gave me a 1 Star those are the shoes that are pictured I included the receipt from Saks you are more then welcome to bring them into a saks or louboutin store to verify

I was disappointed that the loafers pictured are not what was delivered. The leather on the sides of both shoes is completely rippled.

I am not sure what you mean by rippled the shoes that were sent to you are the shoes that are pictured also you did have 3 days to return them
