annecacav Hi! I was all set to ship out your reformation Becca dress this morning but poshmark won’t let me print the shipping label. They’re saying there’s a problem with your address and it needs to be updated. Do you want to check and get back to me so we can try and figure out what the issue is?

dmscheets @annecacav Hello, I'm sorry for the confusion about the address and shipping label. My situation is a little strange because I'm actually living at a National Park right now as an intern, so the address situation is kinda unique. Anyways, the address I have provided is correct. I'm not sure what to change because I don't have another address to ship it to. Also, i see that you have cancelled the order. If you'd prefer to not sell the dress to me that's fine, but maybe we can find a solution?

dmscheets @emichellez Hello, I see that Poshmark does not want to recognize my address no matter how I try to edit it/type it in with the shipping information. I am not sure what the best solution to this is. I can try to go to my post office and register for a PO Box. Would you be willing to wait for me to do this? Or, if you have another idea, I'm happy to try your suggestions, too (:

annecacav @dmscheets hi :) So cool you are living in a National Park! Posh actually won’t let me ship it unless the address is corrected so it’s out of my hands unfortunately . I would love to sell you the dress! They recommended I cancel the order after we each tried to reach you several times w/out getting a response. Perhaps you could have it shipped to a regular address of a friend or family member? If you want to try to sort it out with Posh I can hold the dress until Friday let me know.

annecacav @dmscheets sorry just seeing your second response now, sure I am happy to wait a few days if you want to figure out an alternate address. I will need to place the listing on hold or take it down though (rather than you purchasing before it’s figured out), because what happened previously has affected my shipping stats as a seller and cancelling an order is frowned upon so I actually have a bunch to sort with them on my end as well- the system is imperfect on both ends.

dmscheets @annecacav Gotcha. So, what I'm thinking is that I'll pop over to the post office here today around my lunch time and try to get a PO Box that you could ship to. Then, when I get back then I can re-purchase it (?) and then use that shipping address. What do you think? If there are any issues then I'll let you know.

dmscheets @emichellez @annecacav Hi, gang! I have my updated address: 1910 E Frontage Rd. PO Box 8041, Tumacacori, AZ 85640. However, Poshmark isn't letting me change the address in the system. I'm hoping to have this issue resolved in 24 hours (the promise by which Poshmark promises to have responses to these issues).
