You bought the CO Bigelow and tutti dolci lip balm from me. If you had actually read the comments and description you would have seen that it clearly stated what was included and specifically says that the one you wanted was NOT included. I also said that there would be an extra surprise which is why you got the Hello Kitty chapstick. Payment has already been processed and been released. You had 3 days from the date of delivery to open a return request which you didnt. I do not have your email
