Since it's a closet clear out day today, it would be the ~ the same price if I lower to 15, you would then get 4.99 reduced shipping, so it would be 12 + 7.97 (19.97) vs. 15 + 4.99 (19.99) It's hard to sell < $15, as PM takes a min. of $3/transaction.
