tamvaughan They say that there’s nothing I can do from my end, as they’ve already released the funds. But they’d like you to reach out to them regarding your concerns and hopefully they can help you get it refunded that way.

dorishugo @tamvaughan Okay. Thank you. I will reach out to them since I had accidentally accepted the order before it even arrived by mistake. There should be something we can do. The notice to accept came as notification pop-up. They shouldn’t send notifications to accept items before tracking shows the items have been received. Yes, I’d definitely like a refund and to find shoes that are presentable for a professional work environment or anywhere public.
