I apologize, I don't know why that happens. I have had items not show tracking info and then all of a sudden it completely updates when it practically arrives. stacymomof3 Thank you for your purchase! The boots peeling in the first wear however is not an issue I caused! I have reached out to customer support because of your rating. I have never had anyone leave negative feedback from buying from my closet. You could see from the bottom of the boot that they had been worn one time! That seems more of an issue from Aigner the makers of the shoes! I even sent a thank you note inside the box!
