Hi, you contacted me in reference to the Chico blouse, ok I'm selling this item for my Aunt she said the blouse does not flare out it's straight and it is a 3 sorry for the misunderstanding. Hope you purchase it is a beautiful blouse.

@thrifty1900 no problem at all and thanks for the clarification. I do like the blouse, I had no intention of adding a credit card to this site. If the system allows me to purchase out of money that I have banked from previous sales, then I will purchase it. Let me check and see if it works that way.
