eques18 @proceedwthstyle I could definitely tell the item was not used since plastic was on it however it was unfortunately damaged. There is oil stains or some liquid that looks as if it spilled all over the bottom of the straps.

eques18 There was also adhesive or glue on the strap hardware (but that we can remove). I took photos of this. it seems like this was not your intention at all so I’m happy to readjust the rating however I did need to let Poshmark know that there was a problem.

eques18 I was giving this item to a friend and she expected it in brand new condition without defects and there are very visible stains on the leather of the strap. She really still wants the item so we are going to look into cleaning the leather at a local shoe repair shop here.

proceedwthstyle @eques18 I’m very sorry to hear that, I truly did not know. I bought multiples to give as gifts and decided to sell them instead. I actually could have exchanged that one with one of the others. It’s hard to provide good customer service when I didn’t realize why you were unhappy with your purchase. I’ll inspect new items better next time, before I ship them out. Thank you.
