melaniecaf That rating was completely unfair. Those photos were perfect and showed the blouse clearly as black. Additionally, in the product description, the color was marked as black. You need to realize that your ratings need to be truthful...because they hurt someone’s business and that’s unfair. If you didn’t like the top, you could have messaged me and been honest that you didn’t like the top— or perhaps it doesn’t fit....and I would gladly have let you return it.

tarheel_belle @melaniecaf sorry the photos looked entirely gray to me and the five different people I asked about it. I’ve been selling on eBay for years and know how easy it is for colors to be distorted. My view is you need to make sure the color looks accurate on the screen. I look at my own listing photos on my desktop and phone to be sure colors are accurate. Sorry you’re unhappy. And I am not dishonest. And I never said you were, just that you posted photos that don’t represent the color accurately.

Because you were an irresponsible buyer, you jumped to conclusions and I ultimately suffered. In the future, do your part so some other innocent seller doesn’t get unjustly punished.

Since you are lecturing me on how you, in your infinite wisdom, think I should behave “in the future,” I would suggest for you, in the future, to note that you get more flies with honey than vinegar and IF you had been really apologetic about the color discrepancy in the photos, I would have probably gone to some effort to retract my rating. But you chose the attack method instead. Just food for thought.

Sending love and strength and the only way I am getting through it is to know the universe/god/whatever higher power there is has a plan for us that we can’t fully know or understand.
