Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet, and when you share other Posher's items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. upnupboutique apparently do not understand English or just cannot read but I have told you several times that I personally tightened the connector & lined it up myself the day we shipped it & we have a video & pictures to prove it was in perfect condition when we shipped it to you?? And you must be new to jewelry because most of those types of circle connectors have to open up so they will always be separated but as far as lining it up exactly to the other side & making sure it was tight so it
