stuff1312 Hello Dottie, Again, My apologies. I use a very expensive cream polish that nourishes the leather. I’ve worked in the shoe and leather industry so I know what I used is a good product. As I stated the shoes may have been older than I thought. I believe you can request a refund from Poshmark and I can agree to do that. I am a top rated seller, and I have never had a complaint. I can look into the procedure for you to ask for a refund.
