dixielcarroll Hi Gabby! When we went to ship your Steve Madden coat, we found that it has damage on it. It appears that a box knife was used to open the box and accidentally cut the hood. It is repairable, but we didn't want to ship you a damaged item. If you are still interested, let me know and I can create a new listing for the damaged coat. I'm so sorry!!!
