doug2974 @ladybug9706 modified keto. keto isnt specifically designed for super active people which i have become. i tore my left bicep tendon on 4th of july last year and my dr said it was directly associated with not enough carbs in my diet to recover as needed so i modified the diet to accommodate my needs...
