brokegirlsbling you are a fraud and have been reported to poshmark for stealing my pics and my description. remove my shit now before I go to internet fraud and file a report. keep deleting, i will keep commenting. I work from home. I have all day and night.

brokegirlsbling Poshmark removed my listing and another we found that he stole. Buyers beware. This may be a risky seller. I am not one to slam another but he stole my intellectual rights and I had to prove my innocence to poshmark before they would remove his theft of mine.

jean_therapy @brokegirlsbling you don't think you're being a bit harsh? He's obviously new, he's got no closet to speak of. He's not trying to rip you off, its a learning process. You've never copied and pasted from a manufacturer's website for something you listed? It's not like we're making millions here...

brokegirlsbling @jeancarmona I am not a manufacturer. there are rules about stealing other people's intellectual property. I was not being harsh. I reported him and they took it down . he copied my listing and my pictures word for word. he did not buy it from me and reposh it. he stole my pictures. he stole my work. I don't work for free. if you think it's not harsh then you give him all your s*** to copy and the reason you're not making any money here is because you're bugging people like me.

brokegirlsbling @jeancarmona and the answer to your question is no. it's against rules everywhere to use stock photos or steal from a manufacturer's website. you will get a cease and desist letter from the manufacturer if or when they find out. clearly you don't do this for a living and don't play by the rules. rules are not made to be broken. they are made to be followed. follow them and go list something!

brokegirlsbling @jeancarmona not to mention I'm trying to protect my buyers from fraud if they see a listing and think it's me and buy it and he doesn't ship it because he doesn't have it then they get ripped off. do you want to buy from someone who doesn't have what they're advertising? do you want to just give him $80 for a necklace? I was selling for 10 after he stole my description and my pictures. if you want to donate $80 to him for nothing, you can.

I take pictures of my actual items and I ship what they actually bought in a timely manner. if you did this, you would sell more here too. you can

jean_therapy @brokegirlsbling Nah, I do just fine, thanks. I'm sure you've seen my closet. My median price point isn't $6, so I have a more relaxed life. I think you should take a deep breath and do a bit of mindfulness. Your way of communicating and your tone show you are obviously stressed out. Even if someone's doing or saying something you don't like, you can still be polite. Try it.

I am fine. you're just annoying. please quit tagging me before I report you. Go about your business. go list something.
