Hi! I'm Douglas. I love preppie and stylish clothes. I’ve gone through a few size changes - and it’s time to give new life to some items in my wardrobe! And if you’ve ever seen Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - then you’ll understand that many of these clothes fit me and look great on me - but sometimes you need to erase memories - and thank heavens for Poshmark to help do that! Be sure to bundle items from my closet to save 25% and also save on shipping costs! Feel free to make an offer, too! **Note on shipping! As an environmentally friendly person, I LOVE Poshmark to recycle ♻️ my wardrobe. As an environmentally friendly person I try to reduce, reuse, recycle any way I can, including shipping/packing materials. I DO NOT buy new materials. I reuse packaging from items I received, boxes, both paper and plastic bags. As a warning, my packages may not look as pretty as other Poshers. But - I ALWAYS ship in a manner that PROTECTS the items in transit. I use an inner plastic layer, Tissue paper or stuffing as needed. Box or paper bag as outer layer. Enough tape to hold it all together securely. And the overall package will be sturdy enough to make it to your house undamaged with the product in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I didn’t think this would be an issue - but I recently received a 1-star rating on a great sale because “shipped in brown bag”. So be forewarned. The postmen laugh at my creativity. Hopefully you will, too. Great products. Sometimes ugly packaging. 🤷🏼‍♂️***

deoroak @chucks0 Hey there! I saw that when they printed the label at the post office. I’m not able to see the address on the app - so I peek when they print it. Saw it was Bristol and thought I could have just delivered them. Unfortunately, already shipped - but they should arrive tomorrow. Hope you enjoy. Wore a few times since listed last year - so you’ll def want to wash/bleach them - but no bad stains.

deoroak @chucks0 Hmm. I didn’t realize I had more than one pair. I listed these about a year ago. How about once the status updates from “in-transit” to “delivered”, I cancel the order and refund your money, and you keep the shoes? Or, I can look tonight and see if there’s a second pair in my closet I wasn’t aware of - and meet you in Bristol to swap them out? Also open to other ideas. My goal is a happy customer.

deoroak @chucks0 I offered to see if I had a pair of Chucks in my closet different than what I shipped, which I said was doubtful. Before I had a chance to leave my office get home, you said you wanted a refund. While I’m checking to see how it’s possible to refund, you’re messaging me that you’re losing patience. I have only owned one pair, and I shipped them to you. I’m 5-star rated, and have never had a complaint. I’m willing to do whatever I can to make my buyers happy.

deoroak @chucks0 That’s crazy. I wouldn’t ship or sell worn out trashed sneakers. I looked into how to refund you. I can’t. You need to open a complaint with Poshmark. So please do so. You’ve been messaging me on my Posher profile, on the listing itself, and privately on the sale thread - and it’s a little much over $12. Please contact Poshmark as their policy suggests- and I’ll work to do whatever I can through the proper channels.
