drlynn5 @patticakes86 The button was off when I looked inside I didn’t see the Diamond anywhere. So the strap is not working/broken.

drlynn5 @patticakes86 I agree about communicating better. I took them to the shoe repair today and they’re trying to fix them some kind of way. I did check the box and inside the boot. Not there. However, I’ll change the rating. You did try.
