drelynnrose @thriftycitizen was it the 100% human hair. If its human do a conditioner wash and hang dry. If its synthetic take a damp towel with a dime size small amount of dish washing liquid wipe down the wig and rinse out the soap then with damp wash cloth wipe off the shampoo. hang dry. that works for me. hopefully that works for you.
