Hi! Welcome. Some of my favorite brands are Tiffany, Henri Bendel, India Hicks, Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. I was an India Hicks Ambassador for 4 years and paring down my collection. I also have collected Tiffany & Co. and Henri Bendel over the years and looking for new homes for some of my treasures. I am a 5-star Posh Ambassador with over 1000 love notes. terryo22 @sunshine61069 The tracking I show, indicates it was at post office on July 2, the day you purchased and has been "in transit" and doesn't show delivered. That's from my end. I'm filing a report with the post office. I'm so sorry there are these crazy delays!

queenkarenb I am desperately attempting to locate my package which I have never received. I have alerted Poshmark and they have not been very helpful. Additionally, I have filed a missing mail request from my end (tracking shows it was delivered however, it was not received). Please let me know if you have any information on my order. I have been charged but have NOT received my items. Thanks for your help.

terryo22 @queenkarenb Oh no! That's horrible. From my end it shows Delivered and nothing else. I will also reach out to Poshmark. The post office should be able to show exactly where it was delivered. Without indicating your whole address, the label indicated the street number as 9515. Is that correct? I think you are correct in filing a missing mail report. I can do that as well from my end. Poshmark should have jumped in, so hopefully with both of us working this, it will be found! :)

terryo22 @queenkarenb I tracked on USPS and it shows delivered on 10/3 at 1:29PM on your front poor/front door. Is there a chance it could have been stolen? You are absolutely covered for a missing package.

terryo22 @queenkarenb I think the fact you have a camera that shows No delivery, is the key here. So it was most likely delivered to wrong address and someone else is enjoying your beautiful items! Let's work on getting you reimbursed! I'm so sorry and disappointed this happened to you. But it's important you get your money back.

queenkarenb @terryo22 I FOUNDTHE BOX!!! I have notified Posh Support. The box was mixed in with wedding decorations delivered the day before. I am unpacking today as it is supposed to be wedding day (not happening due to COVID) and underneath a stack of boxes is this wonderful package which has brought a huge smile to my face and heart :) Thank you so very much!!! You were so helpful through this all.

Poshmark Authentication is pretty backed up (30 days or so), so they've selected Posh Ambassadors with 100% authentication ratings, and we send direct. Your bag is packed up and I will drop off at the post office Monday. I'm in Chicago and you are in MO, so you should have it Tuesday or Wednesday. :)

I posh very part time due to a high stress job but certainly respect the pros and you are definitely that. And beautiful too. I no longer purchase from questionable accounts. I check out my sellers.
