We are a smoke free home and of the hundreds of items I've sold, this is the first time I've ever received this type of review. Sorry they came to you with a smell, unfortunately I can't control what happens when they leave my possession.

leilahamina Hi Posh at 51! I just shipped the Nine West heels to you today. When I was shipping them I noticed there was a small scuff on the right foot at the top of the heel. I apologize that this had not been called out before. I can assure you that the heels were not worn - outside of trying them on in store and in my house. The bottoms of the shoes show no wear from outside use which can be detected by the visible tags at the bottom of the shoe. Please let me know if you take any issue. Thanks!
