I try very hard and sometimes go WAY out of my way to make sure items get in the mail ASAP! This particular item got purchased on Saturday and I shipped first thing in Monday because I wasn't home over the weekend. And because of that I got 1 star saying needs improvement in ship time!!Not cool! 😕

schneidc3 Hi, wish I would have read your comments before contacting posh support! There is NO reason to rate me 1 star and say the shipping could improve when the item was delivered in 2 days. This seems a bit suspicious for sure.

That was my first review and it affects me negatively even though I shipped the item the next day, wrapped it in nice paper, and send them a thank you note. I already reported it to the Poshmark support team like all of you and asked for an investigation of this situation.!

andimyers I am really sorry you were upset with my ship time. You ordered it Wednesday at 11pm and I shipped it out Thursday morning. I am very disappointed in my 3 star rating for this. I had only received 5 star reviews until yours. In The future if you would like expedited shipping you should probably make the proper arrangements. Not nice to rate someone based on impossible expectations !! 😑 if you plan on doing this in the future, please do not shop from my closet, I stand by my reputation to much.

theclassyedge Definitely disappointed to see that ‘Could Improve - Shipping’ is a common response to your Sellers. While I’m grateful I actually received 4 stars, the item was purchased on July 4th (a holiday) and I shipped it on July 5th....I have the email time stamps to show it. Not sure how to improve shipping, but I will take it under advisement. Thank you.

dc599152 I’m sorry, but a 4 star rating with the comment the ship time could be faster? I literally shipped this out the next morning after the pants sold. Not sure what your problem is, but you need to check yourself because obviously, according to these comments, you have a lot of unhappy sellers and customers on Poshmark.
