robyncullen @doonyaya ok I sent the boots out the next day along with another posters item and hers is tracking and yours says pending tracking scan,I went to the post office and they said it probably just didn’t get scanned but it will when it delivers... please let me know when you get them and I’ll let you know if the status changes,he said it’s just a clerical error on their part but it should be on it’s way. ❤️

robyncullen Ok so the latest on the boots,still “pending shipping scan” so they may have just not scanned it and you’ll get them Monday or tues,if not I have already contacted USPS and filed a claim on a missing item,they are lost,at the post office and now they have the info to search for it with label info,and hopefully will return either back to me or they’re on the way. So sorry. This is a 1st in lost shipment for me. Will keep u posted

robyncullen Hi,so the latest on the boots,they are lost somewhere at the postal service,I filed 2 claims,1 with them and one with Poshmark to keep everyone in the loop. I’m so sorry,this has never happened so they told me it could take 10-20 days for them to find and return or ship. You’re welcome to wait patiently but if it’s too much I understand after a certain amount of time you are allowed to cancel the order.

robyncullen If you decide this is gone on too long I understand,could be 10-20 days and I’m at the UPSP’s mercy. If you want to cancel you can after a certain time,if not & the boots show up,you can send them back to sender or I will be notified they were delivered.

robyncullen Ok now the latest,even though I was sent a shipped confirmation on the USPS site they are showing no movement which means it’s either on its way or could still be lost and could take 10-20 days to either get to you,or come back to me. I feel awful,I’ve been on the phone with USPS and postal service for hours and no one has an answer for me except to wait and see if it shows up....so that’s where we are with this,I apologize but I’m in the dark as much as you.

robyncullen Ok Poshmark sent me info and was able to track it and it says it’s going to be there estimated by Friday so at the latest if not fri,then Saturday or Monday. That’s coming straight from Poshmark info😊

robyncullen @doonyaya it has a tracking # so I filed the claim with USPS and they’re on it in your area and here,someone at ups typed in “manual” and Poshmark got the info that it was sent but ups said it’s not tracking at all but the ups said it may have been manually loaded and could be on its way

robyncullen So the claim is still open til tues and hopefully it shows up,if not it’s lost and could take 1-20 days but your post office USPS facility put an email to my area for a search so she said she’d call me and let me know when she hears anything. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get a good answer. That’s where we are at

robyncullen Hi,ok as of today I filed a complaint against the ups store I shipped from with UPS services and have a case file and have to call back Friday to see if updated. Seems no movement on package means it’s most likely in the shop at ups store
