@bennvtnc I just had the very same experience from this buyer. I work very hard to please each buyer, and take offense this buyer left such a rating. He left 4 stars and noted cleanliness, ship time, packaging being in need of improvement. The robe was Impeccable, folded and packaged carefully and shipped timely. I also gave him a big discount. This is shameful and insulting. Yes, beware of this buyer!!!
