royalty_dian @dustimae05 well, you’ve gotta file a claim like how the other buyer did! She filed a claim and a case was opened and then we were both in it and you take a picture of the item and posh will send you a label!

royalty_dian @dustimae05 oh you sent an email...well you should have gotten something that said request a claim etc and the claim should have been automatic! I think you just sent an email to poshmark which will take a day for them to respond!
