I'm confused on your rating on the Brand New Jordan shirt. 4 -stars are great but my goal is for everyone to be totally satisfied with their purchase. This is the first non 5-star I've received so I'm trying to see what I could have done better. If you are not completely satisfied, I will refund your money. A 4-star rating to me is equivalent to a 0 star.
