As a posh ambassador I take that very seriously.. however, I put a lot of thought into a handwritten note, I used great shipping products, I shipped to you within 2 days for an extremely low price and I thought I described the item exactly as it is pictured; Therfore I find your 3 star rating cruel as it effects my business and does not reflect my service properly .....
