kstyle1234 I am so sorry. I just emailed Poshmark support with an attachment of your order etc. I check my shipments all the time and if I see delivered, I just assume the order was delivered opened by the customer etc. we will figure this out or return your money. Just hang tight, it takes about 24 hours for PM to get back to me. I did put Important Shelley
