I needed a size 11, and received size 9 mens. i can't return the sneakers cause its too late. i trusted your ad and Assume that the sneakers were size 11. now a have sneakers i can't use. hopefully i can resell them. with the correct size 9.

damienp106 I recently bought a pair of yellow converses sneakers from you in size 11. It did not specify men’s or women’s size so I clicked on the size chart, which showed men’s sizes. I thought it was safe to assume I would be buying a men’s size shoe. So I have a women’s size 11 when I needed a men’s sizes 11. I see from a previous comment this is not the first time this has happened with you. I am disappointed to have fallen victim to this.
