@tina0768 Hi Tina... this is Dee with the black sandals you purchased a couple days ago. So my home computer would not update to show me your shipping label. I used a box from another posher that I purchased shoes from. Left the label and took to Work thinking I would than remove and place your label on it. Sadly my office gal thought she was helping and took your package and mailed it today.

Hoping that it doesn’t send my shoes to the original sender . This is crazy but fingers crossed it gets sent to me. Again my apologies. I had told her I could not print out your label. She saw the other label and figured I had put it on the box. We will see! 😬

Tina my apologies it looks as though there is a water stain on your bodysuit you ordered.😔😔 I just did a trunk show last week and it looks as though it may have gotten stained at the trunk show sorry. The stain looks as though it can be removed with 1 wash. I can still send you the top and apply $12 off and free shipping to any item in my store. Sorry for the inconvenience.

hi there- im confused as to why you rated my item one star and complained that they are ‘too short’ to be a size 10. you can clearly see the length from the photos as well as the giant ‘10’ on the front of the shoes. so that was your mistake, not the shoe’s. im also a 9.5 size shoe and these fit large. if you have a problem with the item you can send it back rather than complaining about it.

Hello. Why the sarcastic comments? If 0 Stars wasn't was an option that is what I would have given. Your description of the shoes says a size 10 and a half. The shoes I received or Mark a size 10. They are not true to size and you should have disclosed that in your description. My granddaughter wears a size 8 shoe and they fit her perfectly.

@tina0768 Maybe you should take better care to check out photos next time. The photos clearly show what size the shoes are. If they did not work out for you, you could have returned them, rather than complain about a personal mistake. I would not have you back as a customer so that works out well.
