audrey_moran I had a problem with this seller. I payed for an item and they accidentally sent me the wring item. Also took them a while to do it. When I got the wrong item they were not helpful to help on the return of their mistake. Once the return was processed I reached out multiple times to redo the order to finally get the right one. They again were not able to reach and didn’t respond to messages and didn’t want to help. I do not recommend buying from them.

eastnwestlabel I sent you another Cleobella bag that I sold to someone else and accidentally mixed up the labels. I then did do what I could to help you with the return process but there was nothing I could do besides wait for poshmark to reply. I have been in Vegas on a work trip from Sunday to Wednesday and am just now getting home. @audrey_moran

eastnwestlabel @audrey_moran I was busy and was going to get back to you about getting your bag as soon as I got home but you were extremely impatient. Sorry about the mixup but you literally gave me a day to respond about sending the right bag. No need to go on about how horrible of a seller I am. I am actually a good seller on here as you can tell by my reviews
