How could I have improved? Not sure just writing “could improve” is all that helpful since you didn’t specify what it was you expected improvement on. I shipped less than a day after you purchased, wrapped the shirt in beautiful tissue paper after folding it very carefully... that’s more than most stores do. I’m all for getting feedback but if it’s not helpful and was so bad that you only gave me 3 stars maybe more than 2 words should be given. Thanks anyway
