Hi there! I am so sorry your necklace broke! I feel terrible & am happy to exchange it. I have had no problem’s w/ mine or any others, so I think a new one would work out well. I am going to write to Poshmark about an exchange, but I think (not positive) as to their policy you may have to as well. @southernklass oh no! No worries though. Thanks for being honest and letting me know. I think I will just be able to cancel it on my end in a few days. Just never ship it, or say you will ship it, and after a week ( two weeks?) it lets me have the option to just cancel it. Let’s try that unless you find a way to cancel it on your end. I am not too savvy on this site either.

This was an estate sale purchase, the daughter said that her mother collected sterling jewelry from all over the world and this piece was part of a collection from Indonesia, it's handcrafted in sterling with craved bone for the face and genuine stones. Your welcome, let me know when you receive it, how you like it, you can wear it so many ways with it having a large bail, you can wear cords, chains, neck cuffs, but it will look great anyway you wear it.
