edapepi @pinklovecouture I just returned home from holiday travel and opened the package. The necklace is broken where the chain attaches to one side of the big stone and the link that connects them is missing, so I can't fix it.

shop_intherapy @edapepi ok, if you review every single photo it is not broken, it was VERY well and safely packaged. I’m not sure how that could of happened. I can assure u it was not broken when it left here, I disclosed anything that could of been flawed. I apologize for your experience.

edapepi @pinklovecouture well, it didn't arrive that way and there's even a missing part -- so it can't be just transit. I suppose I have to eat the cost because it arrived while I was traveling for Thanksgiving and could not report the damage within 72 hours. But your item didn't arrive as described.
