cattlecait @edenrosezab oh that's odd. I sent exactly what was in the picture, the one was missing a clasp but I always just swapped it out for one of the others. I was charging it through a USB port in a regular electrical outlet daily but it seemed to hold throughout the day. Did you want to return it?
