alexxhamaide Hello Edgardo. Thank you for shipping the trooper costume. Unfortunately, I noticed that the costume was in very poor state, with many scratches, cracks, chipped paint, helmet being broken in many areas, and missing pieces (like one strap to connect the chest and back). The costume will be used to make visits to local children's hospitals, so I am not interested in returning it for a full refund. Instead, I would like to discuss a partial refund. Thank you very much!
