@ediek2 Hi Edie, who r u trying to communicate with? a buyer that left you a comment or question? if yes, go to the listing where the comment is posted, always tag the other person with the @ symbol and closet name together as u did me above. You can also go to their closet & click on the about section/meet the posher listing, like yours here. and comment & discuss on that listing if its about an offer or something other than answering a question. LMK if u need more help Hugs

Hi there, I saw you left me a 1 star rating because the shoes didn’t fit you? I’m quite sad because I maintain a 5 star rating here - I’ve never received a 1 star in hundreds of transactions.
Star ratings here on Posh are based on the service provided (i.e. you got the item on time and well-wrapped etc.) not for fit issues. Posh does not offer returns for fit issues and I have no way to offer a refund. You’re more than welcome to use my photos to resell them, however.
