@etus1 I tried to print the label again but it’s still giving me the same error. Perhaps your shipping address doesn’t match you credit card! Nor really sure what’s going on. You can try update again and perhaps you can send Posh customer service a message and see if they can help. I will try to reach out to them as well.

We understand the buyer has requested for their updated address to be reflected, we are happy to assist them!
Please have them reach out to us directly so that we can further assist them with updating their address correctly. Once your buyer has processed this correctly on their end, a new generated shipping label will be sent to you via email!
