flyingpinkpig SO SORRY... I double checked these pants when mailing. The exterior tag hanging off pants says 38 waist and the actual tag sewn inside the pants is marked 36. I measured the pants and they appear to be a true 36. Would you still like them. I am sorry for the confusion but i am glad i saw it prior to mailing. The pants are marked 79.00 on sale on the exterior tag.
